Walden Associated Technologies, Inc. is a certified licensed installer of the Performance Liner, which is manufactured by LMK Enterprises, Inc. Utilizing our Performance Liner System we can successfully rehabilitate gravity sewers and pipes from 3 inch to 48 inch diameters in lengths from 3 feet to over 30 feet using an ambient cured resin impregnated felt tube meeting ASTM F1216-93.

Each individual liner is designed to the conditions it will be subjected to using our computer design criteria programs to insure quality and dependability. By using this design criteria program we can insure that the liner is the correct thickness to withstand the loads placed upon it and that the resin will withstand the chemical environment it will be placed into. The most common resins used are Polyester, Vinyl Ester, and Epoxy.

Using our T-Liner® System we can successfully rehabilitate the lateral to main line connection by lining 16 inches of the main and up to 50 feet up the lateral from the main with a one piece construction liner. All this work can be accomplished with no-digging or social disruptions and has a design life in excess of 50 years.
