Walden Associated Technologies, Inc. is a certified licensed installer of the VAC-A-TEE®, which is manufactured by LMK Enterprises, Inc. To install the VAC-A-TEE, we locate the lateral pipe, bore a hole by vacuum excavation, and affix a saddle to one end of a PVC riser pipe.  The saddle is a self-supporting component, which allows the resin to cure without affecting the integrity of the seal to the host pipe. Once the resin has cured, the crown of the pipe is cut out and removed by use of a diamond bit core saw.  An approved clean-out cap is installed and the annular space between the borehole and the riser pipe is filled. We then restore the surface to its original condition.
